I consult with organizations regarding a variety of performance issues. I have worked with sports teams, private companies, universities, and government organizations to assess needs and tailor programs to help performance. I have worked with organizations to reduce turnover and absenteeism, increase engagement and motivation, develop mentors, and design training programs. Additionally, I have experience performing job analyses and developing selection assessments for organizations to hire employees that fit the culture and understand the goals of the organization. Lastly, I have experience in helping train and develop effective leaders for organizations.
